Questions schools ask us
Is our school's data safe?
Yes. Every school has its own separate database, so no other school can see your records. Each user has their own login and only sees what their role allows, and the system is backed up regularly.
Do we need a computer for every teacher?
No. Teachers can enter scores and take attendance on their own phones. A computer is only useful for printing report sheets.
Does it need internet?
Yes, a basic mobile data connection is enough. SMS messages reach parents even when they have no data at all.
How much does SMS cost?
SMS is optional. If your school turns it on, you only pay for the units you use, at cost. If it's off, messages stay inside the portal and the app.
Is there an iPhone app?
The Android app is ready, and the iPhone version is coming. iPhone users can already use the full portal in their browser today.
What if we need help?
We train your staff at set-up and stay on hand by phone and WhatsApp. Updates and new features are added at no extra cost.
